Hydration

A Pokémon with Hydration will cure itself of any status conditions during rain, at the end of each turn. This includes self-inflicted conditions such as from using Rest.

Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, SoulSilver:Heals status problems if it is raining.
Black, White, Black 2, White 2:Heals status problems if it is raining.
X, Y, O.Ruby, A.Sapphire:Heals status conditions if it’s raining.
Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, Ultra Moon:Heals status conditions if it’s raining.
Sword, Shield, B.Diamond, S.Pearl:Heals status conditions if it’s raining.
Scarlet, Violet:Cures the Pokémon’s status conditions in rain.
