• Error logs: if the App encounters an error, we may automatically collect the error message and stack trace to help diagnose and fix the problem. These logs do not include personal information.

We do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or other directly identifying information unless you explicitly provide it to us (for example, by contacting us via email).

4. Cookies and Local Storage

The App retrieves Pokémon data from publicly available databases and APIs. When your browser makes requests to these data sources, those services may log your IP address in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We also use Google AdSense for advertising (see Section 5). Beyond our data provider and Google AdSense, we do not integrate with social media platforms or data brokers.

7. Data Retention

Aggregate usage statistics are retained for no longer than 12 months. Server error logs are automatically purged after 30 days. Truncated IP addresses used for security purposes are retained for no longer than 90 days.

Any information you send us directly (e.g., via an email inquiry) is kept only as long as necessary to respond to your request and is then securely deleted.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit.
• Access controls limiting who can view server logs.
• Regular dependency updates to patch known security vulnerabilities.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is a general-interest reference tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. Because we collect minimal data and do not link it to identities, most requests can be handled by simply clearing your browser's cookies and local storage.

Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom may have rights under GDPR or UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Residents of California may have rights under the CCPA. We honor these rights to the fullest extent applicable.
