Stamina
Stamina raises the bearer's Defense by one stage when it is attacked by any move. Stats can be raised to a maximum of +6 stages each.
Game descriptions
- Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, Ultra Moon:Boosts the Defense stat when hit by an attack.
- Sword, Shield, B.Diamond, S.Pearl:Boosts the Defense stat when hit by an attack.
- Scarlet, Violet:Boosts the Defense stat when the Pokémon is hit by an attack.
