  • Black, White, Black 2, White 2:An item to be held by a Pokémon. If it has full HP, the holder will endure one potential KO attack, leaving 1 HP.
  • X, Y, O.Ruby, A.Sapphire:An item to be held by a Pokémon. If the holder has full HP, it will endure a potential KO attack with 1 HP. The item then disappears.
  • Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, Ultra Moon:An item to be held by a Pokémon. If the holder has full HP, it will endure a potential KO attack with 1 HP. The item then disappears.
  • Sword, Shield, B.Diamond, S.Pearl:An item to be held by a Pokémon. If the holder has full HP, it will endure a potential KO attack with 1 HP. The item then disappears.
  • Scarlet, Violet:An item to be held by a Pokémon. If the holder has full HP and it is hit with a move that should knock it out, it will endure with 1 HP, but only once.
