HM01

HM01 teaches a special move to a compatible Pokémon. HM01 is: Once learned, HM moves cannot be forgotten unless the Pokémon is taken to a Move Deleter located in each region.

  • Diamond, Pearl:Eterna City (from Cynthia)
  • Platinum:Eterna City (from Cynthia)
  • HeartGold, SoulSilver:Ilex Forest (catch runaway Farfetch'd)
  • Black, White:Striaton City (from Mokomo)
  • Black 2, White 2:Virbank City (from Roxie)
  • X, Y:Parfum Palace (in the maze out back, near the bottom)
  • O.Ruby, A.Sapphire:Rustboro City (from Cutter in house west of Pokémon Center)
  • Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald:Attacks the foe with sharp blades or claws.
  • FireRed, LeafGreen:A basic attack. It can be used to cut down thin trees and grass.
  • Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, SoulSilver:The foe is cut with a scythe or a claw. It can also be used to cut down thin trees.
  • Black, White, Black 2, White 2:The target is cut with a scythe or claw. It can also be used to cut down thin trees.
