HM03
HM03 teaches a special move to a compatible Pokémon. HM03 is: Once learned, HM moves cannot be forgotten unless the Pokémon is taken to a Move Deleter located in each region.

- FireRed, LeafGreen:Safari Zone (from man in Secret House)
- Emerald:Petalburg City (Gym - from Wally's father after defeating Norman)
- Diamond, Pearl:Celestic Town (from Cynthia's grandmother at town shrine)
- Platinum:Celestic Town (from Cynthia's grandmother at town shrine)
- HeartGold, SoulSilver:Ecruteak City (Kimono Dance Theater - defeat Team Rocket)
- Black, White:Twist Mountain (from Alder)
- Black 2, White 2:Route 6 (from Cheren)
- X, Y:Shalour City (from Serena/Calem after deafeating Korrina at the gym and Tower of Mastery)
- O.Ruby, A.Sapphire:Petalburg City (Gym - from Wally's father after defeating Norman)
- Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald:Creates a huge wave, then crashes it down on the foe.
- FireRed, LeafGreen:A big wave crashes down on the foe. Can also be used for crossing water.
- Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, SoulSilver:It swamps the entire battlefield with a giant wave. It can also be used to cross water.
- Black, White, Black 2, White 2:It swamps the area around the user with a giant wave. It can also be used for crossing water.
- X, Y, O.Ruby, A.Sapphire:The user attacks everything around it by swamping its surroundings with a giant wave. This can also be used for crossing water.
- Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, Ultra Moon:The user attacks everything around it by swamping its surroundings with a giant wave.
