Razor Claw

When held, Razor Claw increases the user's critical-hit ratio by one stage (1⁄8 instead of 1⁄16, if no other modifiers are in effect). The Razor Claw also causes Sneasel to evolve into Weavile when held, and Sneasel is leveled up during the night.
