TR20 teaches a move to a compatible Pokémon in Pokémon Sword & Shield. Technical Records are consumed after use, but can be re-bought from Watt Traders. TR20 is Substitute.

  • Sword, Shield, B.Diamond, S.Pearl:The user creates a substitute for itself using some of its HP. The substitute serves as the user’s decoy.
  • Scarlet, Violet:The user creates a substitute for itself using some of its own HP. The substitute serves as the user’s decoy.
