TR99 teaches a move to a compatible Pokémon in Pokémon Sword & Shield. Technical Records are consumed after use, but can be re-bought from Watt Traders. TR99 is Body Press.

  • Sword, Shield:(Watt Trader - 3000W)
  • Sword, Shield, B.Diamond, S.Pearl:The user attacks by slamming its body into the target. The higher the user’s Defense, the more damage it can inflict on the target.
  • Scarlet, Violet:The user attacks by slamming its body into the target. The higher the user’s Defense, the more damage it can inflict on the target.
