Topsy-Turvy reverses the stat changes of the target Pokémon. For example, if the target has boosted their attack by 2 stages using Swords Dance, Topsy-Turvy will reduce their Attack down to -2 stages. Similarly, if the opponent has used Draco Meteor (lowering their Special Attack), Topsy-Turvy will raise their Special Attack to +2 stages.
