Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen Now Connect with Pokémon HOME
· 1 min read
Pokémon FireRed and Pokémon LeafGreen now connect with Pokémon HOME, giving fans of the Game Boy Advance classics a way to bring their teams into modern storage. The link also unlocks exclusive rewards for players who complete their Pokédex.
What the Pokémon HOME Connection Offers
The new connection brings two main benefits to FireRed and LeafGreen players:
- Modern storage: transfer your roster from the GBA classics into Pokémon HOME.
- Pokédex completion rewards: unlock exclusive rewards for finishing your Pokédex.
Why This Matters for Kanto Fans
Both games return to the Kanto region, and many players have spent years building rosters in them. Until now, those Pokémon stayed in their original cartridges. With Pokémon HOME support, that roster can live alongside the rest of your collection.
The Pokédex rewards also give a fresh reason to go back and finish a project you may have left unfinished.
Plan Your Kanto Roster
Before you transfer, it helps to know what you are working with. Browse the Pokémon pages on Pokemondatabase.com to check base stats, types, and abilities for the Kanto Pokémon on your team.
